Hello, and welcome to Fashion Fairgound which I started in 2009 to share my thoughts and insights on
fashion, NZ fashion designers and interior design. (I have an
equal love of these industries and spend endless hours reading and trialling
the latest products and styles). I am a contributing writer for NZ
fashion website Threadnz.com and
write for various other publications and websites on fashion related topics.
In March 2015 (just before the arrival of my first baby!) I completed my Certificate in Interior Decor and launched my personal styling
business, under my fashion blogger name 'Fashion Fairground' after gaining
experience in various styling projects. I really enjoyed the one-on-one nature of
personal styling, helping people achieve their wardrobe goals by helping them stylishly dress their body shape while overcoming
their challenges - so Fashion Fairground as a business was launched.
The ethos of my business is that working with a personal stylist (or image consultant) should be as accessible as going to your hair stylist – i.e. not just
for the well-off. I offer online and op
shopping guidance as part of my ‘guided shop' so there is a wider range of
options for people to choose from and so we can achieve your signature style.
